Go with the matchup and slot in J.C. versus OAK.  Not too many passing targets, but he'll score 1 or 2 TD with 250-300 passing yards.

cutler against the raiders. d.hall isnt enough and jay cutler should have the ball more often than anderson and the browns

DISCLAIMER:  I am a Browns fan.

That being said, Anderson is coming off of a two-week injury layoff.  He suffered a concussion against the Giants.  He has been practicing this week.

Cutler is facing a tough divisional matchup.  These teams always slug it out.  The game is usually decided on the ground.

If either of those items scare you more than the other, I would follow your gut.  However, the Cowboys secondary is banged up - the DB formerly known as Pacman may have to start - and Anderson has much better weapons to play with than Cutler does.  Braylon Edwards, Donte Stallworth, Kellen Winslow, and Jamal Lewis will all be playing, so the Cleveland offense should come out firing.

I would start Anderson.

go with Anderson as long is he is playing.  Cutler is missing marshall because of suspension in week one.  The browns are gonna have to score to keep up with the cowboys, which means passing, while denver can probably just lean on the running game and beat the raiders.

Anderson, as long as he stays towards the middle of the field with his throws he will be fine.  Just don't throw at Adam don't call me pacman jones, or Terrence Newman he should be ok.  The key to beating Dallas is to throw at Roy Williams, he is the worst starting safety in the league.

Cutler has no receivers that will get open against the Raiders deep four.  None.

2 tough cornerback tandems for both of these QB's to face, but I think Cutler will have a tougher time against Oakland, so go w/Anderson vs Da Boys.
