Andre Muran of Canmore Alberta... has this man been sent to jail yet? Are there still charges against him?

Does anyone know what happened with the 125 criminal charges that were laid against this guy and his companies? There were are few of them - Royal Club International, Royal Club Resorts, Banff Gate Mountain Lodge and Spa, Chateau World and Andre Muran personally I think.
