The midfield signing by the Bianconeri has been star struck after watching Andrea Pirlo in action; and remarked on the club’s training regimen at Valle d’Aosta.
Antonio Conte guided Juventus to history, as the club were awarded the Scudetto on the back of an undefeated campaign. What increased the significance and impact of Conte’s achievements was the fact that the Bianconeri had finished seventh in the last two
seasons preceding the former Siena manager’s arrival.
The Juventus management would not have requested a surge to the title, as it was not deemed likely that a young manager would be able to guide a team that had failed to even qualify for Europe to make inroads into the AC Milan and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 Milan’s rivalry of
competing for the Scudetto.
This was Juventus’ first Scudetto challenge after the Calciopoli scandal in 2006, a challenge which they consequently won.
Conte made some inspired signings in the form of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arturo-Vidal-c6760 and Andrea Pirlo, two players who were paramount to the success of the Bianconeri. After winning the Scudetto, and their ability to compete in the UEFA Champions League, Conte has set out stall
to lure in gems for the upcoming season.
Juventus have bought in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Kwadwo-Asamoah-c21502 from Udinese, two players who performed exceedingly well in the Serie A; however, Isla was injured for the last half of the season.
One of those signings, Asamoah was talking to the club’s official channel, in which he stated his admiration for Pirlo, and remarked:
“Who was my idol as a child? Andrea Pirlo. He is still the best for me, because he always plays well. He has so much experience, but never changes and for me he is the most important player.”
Juventus have their training base in Aosta, and the player reflected on their work in the regimen and was pleased with their progress. He went on to state:
“I feel good, we have trained well, we’ve been here for a week. It’s difficult, but when you see so much support, we can do much more. It’s hard work, but in the end it is better for a player.”
Conte is renowned for his rigorous training, however, the players do not complain as they saw the fruits of their endeavours culminating in a Serie A Championship.
