The Nerazzurri manager has stated that he always wanted to take over the Milan outfit from the start of a season, and has stressed that the team is well prepared ahead of match against Hajduk Split.
Andrea Stramaccioni is excited at the prospect of leading his team into a European competition, and believes that the away game against the Croatian outfit Hajduk Split will be a red hot challenge.
The Nerazzurri barely qualified for the Europa League in their last season, finishing their campaign at the sixth spot, meaning that they will have to start their season early with European preliminaries for the second tier competition.

in a stadium that gives them a great home advantage thanks to the red-hot atmosphere.”
Stramaccioni went on to stress that the fact that their Croatian opposition have already played four competitive games will mean that Hajduk will not be caught with their legs cold.
“I've seen Hajduk grow over these four games. For them it’s an advantage to have already played four competitive matches.”
