Arsenal forward and Russian international Andrei Arshavin has gone on to admit that the Gunners lacked a sense of creativity in their game against Newcastle United.
According to Arshavin, the Gunners were a little off and lacked the cutting edge in front of goal, that they have been utilizing for so long. However, despite that fact, Arshavin admitted that the encounter between the two sides was interesting and apart
from the incident involving Barton and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Gervinho-c14755, turned out to be a good game.
Arshavin when talking about the game is quoted to have said: "I think it was a good match. “
He then talked about how the Gunners dominated the game and that Newcastle didn’t have a single goal scoring opportunity throughout the game.

"Arsenal was dominating the pitch, held the initiative. In my opinion, the opponent didn’t have a single scoring chance.”
The player then went on to attribute http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429’s inability to pick up all three points to their lack of sharpness and their inability to capitalize on all the pressure that they were putting on Newcastle.

"Perhaps, in some moment we were not quick enough. Maybe, in general, we lacked a little sharpness. Up until the last minute of the match I believed in our win."
Despite Arsenal being set to lose out on two of their most influential players, it seems like not much changed at the Emirates. The Gunners seem to be playing the same type of football that they have been playing for so long and from the looks of things,
they are going to continue to do so.
However, that isn’t necessarily a good thing. Arsenal seem to almost always dominate possession when they step on to the pitch, but at the same time, they also always seem to miss out on the opportunity to kill off their opponents.
This time around, it wasn’t the missed chances that got to Arsenal, it was their inability to actually get that final ball into the box that cost them the game. Both Arshavin and Gervinho got forward on a number of occasions after beating a number of defenders,
however, they failed to get the final ball to Van Persie on all those occasions and as a result, their attacks amounted to nothing.
Nonetheless, on the positive side of things, Arsenal’s defence looked sharper than it has for quite some time and should they be able to defend just as well against the bigger teams, they might just stand a chance of landing some silverware this season.
