The Nou Camp outfit announced last month that the side’s departing head coach, Pep Guardiola, will be replaced with his assistant, Tito Vilanova.

The news of their soon-to-be former boss was received with shock and dismay by the Camp Nou faithful, as Pep is believed to be among the club’s greatest managers of all time.
The Catalan tactician, who is a graduate of Barca’s youth academy, led the Spanish giants to 13 trophies out of a total of 18 competitions that the club took part in. Among his exploits are 3 Spanish La Liga title and 2 UEFA Champions League triumphs along
with a number of other accolades.
Iniesta exclaimed that he is far from happy at the news of his side’s departing manager.
However, he maintained that La Blaugrana can still look forward to great things in the future as he welcomed the board’s decision to give the job to Vilanova.
While talking to reporters, the 28-year-old was quoted as saying:
"After the Copa del Rey final a new time starts, without Guardiola and with Tito. It would be wrong to believe Tito is going to win the league, the Champions League and other titles on his own. We the players have to be more convinced than ever that we are
going to get things done and done well, following the same path we have followed so far.”
"He has been at this club all this time, he knows what there is to know and therefore, as we did with Guardiola, we all have to work in the same direction and be convinced it is going to be all right."
Currently Barcelona are preparing for the Copa del Rey final which sees them take on Athletic Bilbao on May 25.
