The hosts did a decent job, scoring 174 runs for the loss of nine wickets in their outing, but they were unable to reach the required target to win the match. None of their batsmen played with maturity, as they kept on giving wickets away after getting small
starts.

The playing conditions remained almost the same throughout the match. There was no assistance for the bowlers in the pitch and this is why plenty of runs were scored in the match, entertaining the crowd.
