make his plans.
"I have spoken to (ECB managing director - cricket) Hugh (Morris) and (chief executive) http://www.senore.com/Cricket/David-G-Collier-c52800 about the winter, and it appears that the venues and dates are not that open to flexibility," Flower said.
The former Zimbabwean skipper added, "I'm always telling the players you've got to be flexible and adaptable in this game. The schedule has been roundly discussed by me over a long period of time, and my very clear attitude towards it is that we are given
the itinerary and it is our job to manage the team and the players accordingly."
Terming England’s next cricketing year as a mystery, Flower hoped that the schedule will be finalised soon, so that he and the players can plan their life properly.
