Andy Schleck commented on the USADA report
After having a disappointing season, Andy Schleck is optimistic to find the right form as early as possible in 2013.
The cyclist’s current season has been dominated with  injuries and he could not really perform to his capabilities.
He could not secure a single victory in the 2012 season and is really hungry to fill his appetite by winning early in the 2013 season.
When asked about the USADA report on Lance Armstrong, the Luxembourg was certain that there is more to cycling than just doping.
He noted that in order to ensure that the sport of clean from all the unfair means, people need to give cycling one more chance.
"The problem in cycling is that we have to find some kind of serenity again in order to move on. People have to trust us”.

“I know, that's easier said than done, and what we're reading these days doesn't make our sport any more credible. But I believe in our future."
“It's up to the UCI, it’s upto WADA. In my opinion, only the future should be on our minds: the biological passport, the whereabouts system, which represent the first steps”.
“They’re tangible measures and they work. At the time when Lance won his Tours, there were less positives than these last few years," he concluded.
It seems like Andy is not far away from doping himself as his elder brother is currently facing charges for using Xipamide during the Tour de France 2012.
Xipamide is a banned diuretic which was found in Frank’s body as confirmed by examining both his first and the second blood samples.
L’Equipe speculated that Team RadioShack-Nissan General Manager Johan Bruyneel contaminated the Schleck with the substance in order to ensure that both the brothers stay with the team for coming season.
However, Andy is convinced of his brother’s innocence and cited that even the experts have clarified that Xipamide is not a doping product.
He is now looking ahead towards the Tour de France 2013 as the biggest goal of his new season and has hinted that he will switch to his 2009-10 racing plan to ensure his best form in the season ahead.
