1. Anna: I hate to break this to you. Roddick was lucky to win the 2003 US Open. The kid proved me wrong when he turned pro, as I said he'd never win a major, however, he's really proved me right as he's never, nor will he ever again, win a major. As a US tennis fan, can you really even start to compare this man to even Jim Courier (4 time major winner), let alone Agassi or Sampras (and that's before going old school).

  2. I always knew Gulbis would create a problem for Andy, but BREATHE ANNA! Relax! I can BET on it! RODDICK WILL WIN! He HAS to win!

  3. Oh man. He won. Oh well.

  4. gulbis has alot to learn! he should never be losing to andy roddick!

  5. Roddick broke back in the second. Hopefully he'll make it a match. BTW Anna, you must be cheering like Brooklyn Decker lol :)

    Edit:

Woohoo 1-1. I hope this match lasts past 2 AM :)

    Edit:

That's it. Gulbis ran out of gas and is done for :)

  6. Personally, I love Roddick. I like his playing style but the truth is that he isn't really great. All he has is his serve. If it wasn't for the 150mph serve, he wouldn't be ranked in the top 10.

  7. hes getitng old like all ppl. like some of the best players like nadal are young and still in their prime. roddick is an old generation player. and when he was in his prime he was the best of his time. every1 he plays now r part of a new generation. they predicted in a couple of generations msot of ht epros will be federer class or even better.
