  1. Do you mean a nurse-anesthetist or a physician who then takes additional training to be an anesthesiologist? It is a very challenging academic program either way. You must have excellent skills and be very precise in the application of your knowledge, as it is the anesthesiologist or CRNA who is responsible for keeping the patient 'alive' while under anesthesia, and you do literally hold the life in your hands. Consider why you would like to do this, whether you're committed to this goal to the extent necessary to get the grades, and if you are prepared to accept the responsibility for making life-and death decisions on a daily basis. And whether you can afford to purchase the professional liability insurance that you absolutely must have to protect yourself.

  2. You "mite" like to work on your English skills.

Anesthesiologists are medical doctors,  Decide first if you want to be a physician.  If so, decide on a specialty after you've done your clinical rotations.

Anesthesia is a lot harder than it looks.  We really do hold lives in our hands, every day.

Medicine is not something you go into on a whim.  You have to REALLY want to do it, because you'll need to invest 12 tough years in training.
