Angel, demon, ...effects of caffeine???

Question

i was asleep... as a was waking up i felt something...it felt like something touched me around my waist , i got scared... then i ..dont know how to say this?? Opened my eyes and i guess woke up completely, saw my phone say that one of my friends on aim was available so i talked to him.... i kept asking an angel to come..... before i fell alsleep, about 2 days ago i asked them to guide me too my soulmate but then i figured.. it wont happen...

about6 hrs before going to sleep i drank coke.... then i went to sleep but was having a hard time sleeping..... and then dremt of somthing but dont remember what??? so was it really an angel..or the effects of caffeine??

Well, it is believed by some that the effects of caffeine can actually keep your 'higher awareness' dormant....same with nicotine, alcohol and anything that has major negative effects to the mind and body...

I don't think caffeine is too bad to worry about unless your intake of caffeine is extremely high...Caffeine can make you a bit 'jittery' physically and sometimes mentally....I think your best bet to finding a true answer to your question would be to practice some meditation techniques...this will help clear your mind and open it to a better awareness and insight to what you seek....

i banned all coke propducts from my home.them jerks stole my points.and yes caffien will give you the willies.some people get them worse than others.some not at all

Hey iam soham. i too have quite same dought as you have..... are souls real? In your case, actually we cant say it really was a ghost. nethier can we say that it was the effect of caffeine......so what was it ??Please after you get your answer email me at [e-mail]. So in my opinion, it can be both...taking place at the same time!!!!!!!!
