Angel Eye Headlights?

Question

I'm getting them on my 96 Mustang and I want to know if they are illegal in Michigan. Don't tell me to just check my local laws and c**p or any ricer giving me c**p just a straight up answer if you know for certain. Thanks

Aftermarket they are usually not legal but nobody really gets trouble for them. As long as they aren't a color that sticks out like blue or red or something. A good way to know if they are legal though is if the packing says 50 state DOT (department of transportation) legal, most aftermarket projector/halo headlights are not legal for on road usage, but again, rarely do people get pulled over for them unless they use a color that sticks out in them.

is legal everywhere, because almost every freaking bimmer has them.
