  1. Unlikely.

We'd need HUGE pectoral muscles and they'd have to be structured differently and anchored more securely.

Mechanical wings on somewhere like the Moon are feasible, though.

  2. The way angels are depicted in pictures isn't really what angels look like. They're actually spirits. They're not like us. They're kind of like... ghosts to put it in better terms. they probably don't even have wings. that's just how things look in pictures. it's called "fantasizing" something

  3. If the human race is even around that long, I still doubt it. Humans are not made to fly, they are too heavy. Even with wings it would take an exceptional amount of force for us to get off the ground. Also, naturally we don't have any nerves in our brain that would be able to interact with that kind of equipment. Imagine having wings, imagine moving in order to get them to flap. You can't imagine it because we are not made for it.

The best we can hope for if they can implant them on our back, is more like a flying squirrel type thing, where they are made for gliding rather than flying. It is an interesting thought though, I will give you that.

  4. Humans are too heavy to fly.  Biological tissue cannot achieve the strength-to-weight ratio necessary to lift a human.

The heaviest flying animal currently in existence is the Great Bustard.  It reaches 21 kg (46 lbs).

The larger an animal is, the greater its wingspan must be in relation to its body size.  This is because weight goes as the cube of linear size, while lift goes only as the square of linear size.

Only with the help of materials with strength-to-weight ratios much higher than that of bone and muscle have humans been able to create very heavy flying machines.

  5. if your good then you'll get your wings in Heaven =]

  6. you can't implant and connect wings to muscles and bones we don't have.. it would require and entire re-working of your back and chest

  7. eventually, but itll be a LONG time

  8. No its physical no possible that organic angle wings to lift the weight of a human not to mention EVERYTHING about our body and how it works would have to change so we could grow the wing control them and sustain them.

  9. Never.  If we were meant to fly on our own we never would have invented the airplane.  Since we have, there is not reason for human to aspire to self flight.

    Angles do not exist.
