Angelic Lottie to bolt through the Grade A1 Greyhound Sporting League – Leg 1 at Nottingham
Angelic Lottie is creating a buzz of excitement for the Grade A1 Greyhound Sporting League – Leg 1, as she will be racing as a favourite. The 500 metre race is scheduled to take place on 16th March, 2012 at Nottingham.
She will be competing in this race against Hawkettes Image, Salacres Tortuga, Topper Queen, Ballymac Guitre, and Highclere Chief for £125.
Trained by L. Tuffin, the daughter of Allymightyjack, out of b***h Gogetemaura, has raced on this track for most of her career, with the exception of two races which took place at Oxford. Based on this familiarity, she is popular in the market and
she will be entering the race with odds of 7 to 4.
She was a source of joy to the punters. She won the race in which she was named as the race favourite. She defeated, Tynwald Nero, by 1 ½ lengths in 30.45 seconds in the Grade A2 500m flat race at Nottingham on 2nd March, 2012.
Her most recent performance was slightly disappointing, as she failed to acquire a placed position in the Grade IR Bags Easter Bunny Sprint – Heat 2, which took place at Nottingham on 9th March, 2012.
She finished the 305 metre track in 18.60 seconds acquiring fourth place to victor, Madeley who finished the race in 18.38 seconds.
Hawkettes Image, daughter of Ballymac Maeve, out of Hawkette, is another tough contender. She is likely to stand in the way of, Angelic Lottie, challenging her to the finish in first place. Her record has been impressive, as she finished as a runner-up
twice in her last three races.
M. Roberts’s training has been thorough and comprehensive, as he is hoping that the b***h will continue to improve. There is room for improvement in her racing technique as she has the potential to acquire a finish in first place.
She was defeated by a fairly large distance of 5 lengths by race favourite, Hold On Mate, in the Grade A1 www.Betfred.com Stakes, which took place at Nottingham on 5th March, 2012. She led the race initially, but was overtaken
by the faster hound.
Salacres Tortuga has shown steady progression as he was triumphant in his most recent race. He was the race favourite in the Grade A2 500m flat race, which was held at Nottingham on 6th Match, 2012.
The son of Skywalker Ace, out of Handy Princess, defeated, Drifting Home, by ¾ of a length in 30.45 seconds.
Hawkettes Image, with her recent performance and training could take the lead, but it is likely that she will finish in second place. The third place is likely to be acquired by Salacres Tortuga.
