  1. Yes, he needs to better manage his stress, but this sounds more like a medical issue that should be addressed.  He should go for a complete check up.  If he get this way when stress, it sounds as if when his blood pressure is raised he gets dizzy and nearly faints.  This needs to be brought to the attention of a doctor.

  2. It sounds like your boyfriend has a lot going on.  First, you need to seriously assess his situation.  If he has a violent nature, and/or has hit you or anyone else in his moments of anger, or if you feel that he will, skip the rest of this paragraph and seek help for you both from a domestic violence agency.  Now, if all he does is get bad headaches or pass out, you should help him learn how to manage his feelings a little better for his own health.  Find out what is really stressing him out.  Is it work or school? Is it family?  Since he currently doesn't tell you what takes place to stress him out, don't worry about the exact event for now, but be there for him afterwards. If he has a headache, massage his forehead and temples with some tea tree or lavender oil (only a little oil - too much can be overbearing) and tell him it will be okay.  Turn on some soft music and light some candles to set a relaxed mood. Switch it up and maybe to a neck and shoulder massage.  Once he learns how to relax and sees that you are trying to help, he'll open up a little more.

  3. I would bet the problem would be tension headaches. When I get massively stressed I get headaches that last days, even after the stress is gone. The best thing to do would be to get anger management and to go to a doctor to see if there are any medicines that could help decrease the intensity of the headaches. He might have a more serious problem, like high blood pressure or something...

  4. he needs help

    take him to a doctor
