hey i need to know how to get free angermangement? sessions or something like it in glasgow some seem expensive and am a stundet cant afford it got a few issues i could do with some help and i wanto get this sorted please someone help

see your school or uni counsellor.  check with your sociology dept.  there's bound to be a prof who can talk to

or go to websites and get advice for free.  it boils down to willpower and maturity and slowing down your rhythm.  so its best to calm down, take your time to react, reflect.  its all abt mind control which is what u will get when u pay for these sessions.  get a buddy to help listen to u and do some sparring on certain sensitive issues tt u have.
