Maximum Bird Launches needed: 1
The stage has the four pigs split on opposite sides of a solid rock structure with a boulder on top. The boulder is the key here.
Launch the first bird at the boulder, hitting it directly is not completely necessary but it does help increase the player’s chances of success, but try not to crash into the ice block in the way.
The bird should bounce back off the boulder crushing the first pig and either rolling onto, or sending the blocks beside the first pig rolling down on to the second pig.
Meanwhile, on the other end, the combination of the boulder and the blocks should take care of the other two pigs, leaving you with three unused birds for a 30,000 point bonus.
The player should aim for a score around the 55,000 point mark to master this particular stage.

Another easy level despite what it may appear to be, the 8th stage also only needs one bird to master.
The pigs are divided into three regions and the players should try and induce a domino effect by knocking the first structure over on the second pig and crashing into the further structure.
Aim for the higher of the two horizontal planks on the first structure as it will make the task much easier and sit back and watch the ensuing carnage.
30,000 more bonus points later the player should find himself with another 50,000 points in total and three stars.

Players are introduced to a new type of bird on this level, one they should be familiar with as it will be staple in stages to come.
The tiny blue bird may not look like much, but they pack quite a punch, well three punches actually. After launch, a tap on the screen will split the single bird into three separate ones, almost like the hornet missiles in Ace Combat.
These birds are weak against wood and concrete, yet fly through ice like a hot knife through butter.
This level is slightly trickier than the previous ones and will require the sacrifice of many of the angry yet brave birds.
Aim for the furthermost of the two structures and try to send the first bird flying as flat as possible towards the top and middle of the vertical concrete slab.
Split the birds as they are over the first structure, this will have two birds hit the concrete structure weakening it.
The second bird launch should follow the same instructions and will tilt the upper structure over, while the birds from the previous launch will have weakened the ice blocks holding up the lower structure.
The second launch should kill both pigs as the collapsing structures should knock each other over and destroy both the pigs.
The three extra birds will give you the now standard 30,000 point bonus and depending on how much ice is destroyed put the player in and around the 60,000 point mark.
The 10th stage changes the game’s mechanics and adds a new dimension to it, something the players should learn to accept and adapt to as the blue bird will become a critical component later on.
