Angular Magnification, 2 lens camera?

Question

The problem is to calculate angular magnification (AM) for a camera with 2 lens. I understand how to calculate it (AM) for a magnifying glass or microscope with a human eye at one end because these are the examples that I have BUT I cannot see how to calculate AM with 2 lens.

Is it merely a multiple of the linear magnification of each lens?
