Anhedonia/orgasming?

Ok since I was 16 I've lost my orgasms during ejaculation, I am now 18

I'm 7 years diabetic and have had asperger autism if this may help.

through research I'm suspecting this may be sexual anhedonia but I cant be sure.

I've been to the doctors and they tell me I'm just worrying/anxiety

But i dont see how this would affect masturbation

Yes i have lost my virginity recently but I still didn't o****m and masturbating is still the same, ejaculating but no o****m/sense of feeling

Do I have Anhedonia or was the doctor right in saying it's a psychological problem?

I just really want this problem sorted and start orgasming when I ejaculate like a normal person again :(

  1. if your diabetes is under control then you should not have any physical problems.

orgasms are in the mind and hence your doc is right. your worrying and anxiety causes you not to relax and hence no orgasms. just ejaculating and not having orgasms just make masturbation mechnical and without meaning.

try relaxing first and getting aroused for a while. if with a partner, try extending the foreplay and then get down to business.

your mind needs to be in the mood otherwise you won't experience it.

    good luck
