Go to Momoko's near the drag and SoCo.  Look it up or just ask someone on the street.  And if you don't get any replies, ask for Bubble Tea, it's the same place, but slang for Momoko's.

If you don't find stuff there, then just look for your nearest Sun Coast which you can find online.
