how do i get my house on an island?

I just want my house on a small peice of land near the beach, wich preffarably as little people living on the same peice as possible.

anyone have a town like this? if so when you were in the car with Kapp'n what did you say you moved to the town for?

An Island? There is no ocean island on the DS version.

You could on the Gamecube version, but Kapp'n only makes an appearance at the beggining of the game.
