Animal Crossing Wild World Immigration and Tag mode?

plz explain to me. I don't want to immigrate but i would like to know how it works. And can expain tag mode better than the game knows. i know you need a bottle with paper in it but how does it work? Thanx!!

ok tag mode i don't get but i think to immagrate you go to the post office and go to first window and say move! and then you know just yah that all i know
