My Nookway store expanded to Nookingtons!! with a hair salon and everything!! My friend says this is not meant to have happened as i only have 717 points and still have a 4000 and something to go to reach silver status...has this ever happened to you before? I'm thinking it has something to do with me connecting up with friends on WI-FI??

I think it has something to do with a friend visiting your town, I heard something like that before. It looks like I will never get Nookingtons because I can't get my Wi-Fi to work Grrrrrrr.

getting nookingtons doesnt depend on the points, but how much bells you spend at the store. you probably spent over 240,000 bells at nooks past installments.

If you spend 240,000 bells and have a wireless visitor

purchase an item from Nookway's you will upgrade to Nookingtons =]

it has somthing to do with points, but mainly it has to do with if you purchase so much stuff from then, and the main thing in order for it to expand is that you have a friend over wi-fi buy somthing from your shop. with the silver and gold status you just get objects of mr-nook, the expansion of the store is differnet :D
