Animal advice about chocolate.?

Iv heard that chocolate is harmfull to dogs and since a fox is similar to a dog would chocolate be harmfull to a fox ?

Yes. Both dogs and cats can't have chocolate. I don't know what other animals can't. I'd assume all. But seeing as how a fox is like a wolf which is like a dog I'd say it would definitely be harmful to a fox.

Yes any form of chocolate given to any kind of animal can be harmful but depends upon too things how much they ate and what kind it is. If the fox ate very little then it should do alright. I know for dogs they can have small amounts like crumbs from a brownie/cookie or a tootsie roll but should not have coco power. All it will do is make them hyper for a day or two.

It's better to play this safe then sorry. There's no good reason for you to feed a fox chocolate anyway.
