ive heard of these tools that u put around the neck of ur animals and itll tell u what their mood is and what they say or something like that...someone plz tell me how to find one or something

I've seen this advertised; you put it on your dog's collar and when it makes a sound, the thing translates it into words.  Well, it turns out dogs can only say about 6 things, and you probably already knew what they meant.
