Ok i think my game is faulty or something

I cannot find a hot spring shirt anywhere, and i play the game everyday of every season, its never in the shop, the new spring shirt and the spring shirt is, but never the hot spring shirt

The only time ive come close on this game is the last town i had, with MArgies shirt, but no matter how many new furniture pieces i sent her, she never sold it to me on flea market (no she wasnt wearing it)

So is this a glitch???? This is the only shirt i want, and in alll my towns ive never been able to find it.
