Animal help please!!!!?

just about 5 min ago i found a baby swallow wet and it appeared to be wounded. i really really want to save this animal and trust me i know that if i leave it alone it will surely die. i want to know how i can help or treat its wound. anything can help!

  1. ok ether thake it to the vet becoz if it is wounded it'll shurly die
