Question:

Animal related careers?

I might want to be a Vet but Im not sure. All I know is that I want to work with animals when Im older.

Ive heard of Zoologists, Biologists, Behaviorists and such but what exactly do they do?

And do you have any other suggestions?

  1. Things about becoming a vet you should know. It required 4 years of undergraduate work and 4 years of veterinary school. It is the hardest college to get into, you need mostly all A's and lots of experience in the veterinary field (you should have large, small, exotic and research experience all must be under a veterinarian supervisor.) You should go volunteer at a veterinary clinic before you decide and if thats what you really want to do then you need to start working towards it now.

  3. I see that you have a horse photo, so how about some horse careers? There are Equine Dentists, chyropractors, trainers, riding instructors, barn managers, breeding facilities, farriers and others.
