Question:

Animal-safe way to kill flies?

Today I went out to a barn filled with flies. I do not know why there are there since we do not have animals, except kittens, that live in the small barn. So, I am looking for something I can make at home to get rid of them that would be safe to use around the kittens. THanks

  1. As a proff groomer, I recommend the dish liquid of lemon joy. It can be used to kill insects, its safe to use straight on animals, and also can be used as a simple house hold cleaner/disenfectant. Good Luck

These work wonderfully an all you do is put in the attractant, fill with water, and hang them.  You will catch tons of flies.  Toss when full.

I have found these at Home Depot and Lowes too if you don't want to pay for shipping.

  3. Let me get this, animal safe but  you dont have animals?  Except for kittens. It is a barn? Most of the time flys are the last part of a dead carcus, Better count you kittens.

Sorry any little pest could have died in the barn and decomposed.  Try a insect bomb, who is going to kill, the flys?
