Animals having a good sixth sense?

Question

I’ve heard stories where pets such as dogs are able to detect where a person is about to have a heart attack or possible cancer… and the possibility of seeing other spirits on the other side as well. What do you think?

omg...............it think it is 150% true!! Animals have a second sight that can predict so many things. I have seen it myself many times. I also belive they can see and hear things that humans are not capable of.

They say dogs have the ability to sense things on the Astral Plane. Which would only make sense if you believe in Astral Projection.

It has been shown that dogs can detect the scent of cancerous tissue using their extraordinarily acute sense of smell. There is nothing paranormal about this, it's just a very sensitive natural sense.  Given this, it's possible that dogs can detect other medical conditions using their nose.

As far as seeing spirits, all that can be is pure conjecture. Even if spirits exist and are floating about, how can a dog tell you he saw one?

Sure. I heard of animals going nuts just before an earthquake hits. And I know that ants have this ability to know when it's going to rain, because you'll see them get very busy just before it does rain. Do you know about Oscar the cat, who visits patients before they die?

It's possible that telepathy was common in our distant ancestors, but we lost the ability when our brains evolved into more intelligent models.

Animals normal senses are much better than ours.  They have to be so that they don't get eaten.  But some animals show signs that they understand what you are saying.  Dogs and horses are good examples. I have seen dogs go after people that were thieves and leave other people alone. They say that dogs can smell an oder people give off when they're up to no good.  It could be that they are more aware then we are on some level.  I think they see things we don't see but I doubt if it is paranormal.  It's like some people are good at tracking game and others don't see the signs others see.

Animals are much more in tune with their environment than people are. Animals are always receiving signals from their surroundings, but humans are always too wrapped up in their brains (in their internal dialogue) to be as sensitive as animals are. I think this ability in animals is more physical than paranormal.

Animals of all kinds have a much keener olfactory sense that we humans.

Both canine and feline members can smell the minor biochemical changes way before humans and most sensors can.

My Mom's dog has helped her with her cardiac problems a couple times now - won't let her get up off the sofa!

My sister's dog got a lot clingy and a little weird 18 hours or so before she went into labor for each of her 3 kids.  And returned to normal when my sister returned to the house and the new "pup" got introduced to the household.

Cats can sens vibrations that travel thru air or the ground beneath them - the wispy hairs in their ears, the longer guard hairs all over their body, their whiskers  and the pads of their feet are all finely tuned sensors.

Animals are AWESOME !! I WISH I had listened to mine..even the look on their faces can tell you things. Yes, I DEFINITELY believe they pick up on spirits. Pay attention to them!!

EDIT..One time my dogs growled and barked at someone I thought was a good person. I thought my dogs just didn't know him. Well, they knew him better than I did!!

Cats especially are able to use telepathy to us humans.

Both cats and dogs sometimes hiss / growl for aparently no reason - often staring into space as if watching something.

This is common, but not understood.

As for dogs being able to see in the dark - Well I thought ours could. He was on one of those retractable leads, when I went for a walk at night around a large house estate I didn't know very well.

He was pacing left to right doing what dogs do. Next moment it was as if I'd caught a tuna on a line! - The lead payed out until it came to it's stop- then snapped!

He'd fallen 20 feet off the edge of a walkway! It was scary at the time- but he'd landed on an old compost heap and was unharmed.

So, no, dogs can't see any better in the dark than we can.

Some animals have senses of smell, hearing, etc. that is more acute than we do.  When they display the results of these senses at work it can appear supernatural to those of us who are less sensitive.  There is nothing "sixth sense" about it.

I don't know about cats, but some dogs seem really wise about some things. Others not. If one believes in reincarnation, maybe the wiser dogs have souls that were once human.

My smartest cat, found out that I knew where ever he was by sensing & he actually completely masked his spiritual pressure, when I did sense him, his spiritual pressure was incredibly high.

Another animal I met was at the zoo. It was a pair of howler monkeys & hide there spiritual pressure as well & the female was wary of me.

another incident was when  I released my spiritual pressure as high as I could & my cats came rushing towards me.

My answer is: yes, some animals really do have sensing abilities.

yep... animals r real physic....  cats will see an chase all sorts of inviseble things we cant see...  they no wat ur thinking to...  dogs will howl for days b4 some1 close dies... even some1 in perfect health who dies unatural...  all animals r more in tune with the spirit world than us ppl....
