how would i get two turtles in to england via stansted airport thnk you...

You aren't able to, they have to be quarantined sorry.

you will have to contact the Defra helpline 08459 33 55 77 Mon-Fri: 8am to 6pm they will tell you how to bring turtles to britain legally, we do have strict quarantine laws and if it is not done properly they will confiscate any animals not brought in with the correct paperwork, so give them a call and they will tell you all you need to know here's the site if you need to email them

you have to find out the baggage policy of the flight you are using. I believe Delta would let you take the turtles as a carry on, but you should check to be sure. You should be able to find out under their baggage policy section on websites.
