Animals on race tracks?

Some time ago, I heard that a kangaroo somehow dashed into a race track during auto racing.

What other types of animals ran into a race track and caused chaos in similar incidents?

Deer, raccoons, rabbits, dogs, they have all been known to appear on racetracks from time to time, and with some serious consequences.
