Animated chess?

Question

Does any one remember, and more to the point, know where to get the old chess game used to play on old pc. One,not disimilar to the pieces in the Harry Potter Film ( and yes I hate them), where the pieces move, and use their weapons to 'disarm' you?

I believe it is Battle Chess.  I had that program before I had to upgrade operating systems.  Now in the new Chessmaster Grandmaster Editon there is a board that does a similar thing.
