Animation shop help!!!?

I have animation shop (trial until money is saved for full) and i created a glitter text for my friend. However, when I uploaded it, it only blinked and then wouldn't move (glitter) at all. Any ideas about why it isn't working???

What kindof animation was it? A gif animation? Maybe your trial version only allows you to see the result in the program, but not exporting the result. Or maybe you just exported it wrong.

Personally I use flash for all my animation needs, and I think you can try it out for free in 30 days.
