ok my anime drawings are pretty good but i wanna improve them even more

if you want to do more realistic looking anime it's good practice to do sylized sketches of real people.

A good site for reference that I used to improve my anime art was characterdesigns.com

They provide reference pictures for free that contain many action poses and pictures of great anime wigs from conventions as well. Drawing from life is a great way to improve the dynamic and believeablitly of your pictures.
