Anime girls with short red hair?

my friend wants to cosplay, and her hair is short and red like as short as down to her chin. who can she cosplay?

She might be able to cosplay Ryuguu Rena from Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, Rena's hair is more orange than red but it should be fine,

Kamigishi Akari from 'To Heart'

She's a very girly girl, and her hair is chin length and kind of pinky-red.

She doesnt have an identifiable 'costume' (Other than her sailor school uniform which all the girls from To Heart wear) but that means you could almost get away wearing 'normal' girly clothes, and she always wears a yellow tied headband :)

If girly isnt really your thing, you could try Etna from "Disgaea" (its a game but also has a spawn off anime.) Her hair is dark red and she has spiky pig tails.
