AnimeFirst.com will not answer my request of refund, what do I do?

I recently ordered from AnimeFirst.com. I have emailed them many times, but not have gotten a reply. I requested a refund, if I do not receive my item or have not been refunded what do I do? I used Pay Pal, can they help me and how? Thanks!

Contact paypal and file a non received item dispute about this, their website will tell you the proper way to file one/
