Okay, so i have xc training every day 5 times a week. We run a lot of dirt and rocks and stuff, and a few days ago i tripped or something, and i pulled a muscle in my ankle. I gave it a few days, but it still is painful to run on. It's fine when i am walking around, i mean i can still feel it hurting, but it's fine. The muscle that hurts is that one that wraps from your ankle to the bottom of your foot. It started at the bottom of my leg/ top of my foot, and now it hurts below my foot. What can i do?
