Ankle weights?

Does anybody here wear them?

And if so how many lbs?

And how much do they help your agility?

  1. Hey man, I used to wear them (2.5lbs) but I wouldn't recommend them nor would I ever use them again. After I first used them , I felt I could fly but after couple days my ankles felt heavy and I sure didn't get any faster .


  2. ancle weights are usually 5-12 pounds. they help you run faster, jump higher, hit harder, and also you can say they help agility because when you have these ancle weights on it tires out ur muscles, over time ur muscles will get adapt to this tiresomeness. When it adapts this means that you can move much quicker and stop faster because you wont have the weights on your ancle and you would have developed stronger muscles.
