Anna had this problem with her Pfaff 332 sewing...

Question

When bobbin case is out, I see that the inner part of where it normally snaps in, spins around, and blocks the spot where the needle is to comecleanly down and back up with the thread from the bobbin. Is this a timing problem? Can I fix this myself? I have a Pfaff 332 sewing machine.
