So what was in "the letter" that Annie keeps talkng about that Ryan says he forgives her for

That was the infamous letter she recieved from the clinic that performed Ryan's vasectomy! It says that it did not work and there were lawsuits against the clinic that he was intitled to join.

I was a letter from the doctor informing Ryan that the vasectomy he had didn't work. They sent the letter and told Annie but she never told Ryan and hid the letter. Kendall and Greenlee showed Ryan the letter.

Yep, his surgery never happened. Richie threatened to tell Ryan Annie was trying to get pregnant behind his back if she didn't give him money so he could leave town. Then she killed him & hid the letter so Ryan wouldn't find out.
