  1. Perhaps not your thing but a friend of mine had some very nice and tasteful professional nude/semi nude pictures taken of herself and put into an album and gave it to her fiance, and he loved it. Think 1950's pin-up or movie star a la Marilyn Monroe.

  2. Congratulations!

    An engraved watch

A gold religious medal (if you're religious)

Tickets for something special on your honeymoon

    or

Make up an album/scrapbook of photos, cards you exchanged and memories of your first year together (I did this for my husband - he loved it and still reads it)

  3. I would do something engraved so he will have it as a keepsake (watch, bracelet), maybe a nice dinner and I really like Kristy's idea.  I think he will appreciate something like that, most men would.

  4. Experience days are always fun and welcoming as well as memorable! You can get him driving lessons, flying lessons, helicopter tours, rock climbs, anything he's into. They have balloon rides, whitewater rafting, tours, etc. Maybe you'll find soemthing he is into!

If he is into cars you can rent him a luxury car or sports cars for a day or two or take him on a weekend getaway in something really hot. I am renting a Ferrari or Lamborghini (undecided!) for my fiance to drive for a few days for our first anniversary. I also rented him an Aston Martin for our wedding day to drive from the ceremony to the reception. To find rental agencies in your area, Google "exotic rental cars" in your city.

    Good luck!

  5. I'm guessing you're wondering what to get for him?  If he's into electronics, get him an ipod and put a few songs on there already that are special to the two of you.  If he's a sports guy, get him a round of golf for him and a friend somewhere really nice.  You could also just get him something sweet and homemade.  I made my boyfriend a scrapbook, and surprisingly, he loved it!  It is still not finished, so he loves every time I update it.  On the front cover I decorated it with our names, and put established Feb 16 2006 (our anniversary).  That's my best suggestion.  It'll last a lifetime.
