What mean by the word Anno Domini Nostri Iesu Christi?

I think it is something with Jesu Christ, but, I dont know the other, and i think it is Latin. can somebody help, pleas? :)

In the year of our Lord Jesus Christ

As a rule you name the specific year after that phrase.

For example, Anno Domini Nostri Iesu Christi CXII (which would mean simply 112 AD).
