Annoying Commercial Voices?

Why is it that in many commercials for household cleaning products or windows/furniture the voices are always out-of-synch, this really annoys me and seems stupid - Why can't they just use their real voices?

Maybe it's cheaper? I know you have to pay an actor more if they speak during a recording. Either that or they're foreign adverts and they just dub over the top.

Confused.com's are pretty dire though and they're not even dubbed!

Because they are foreign adverts(french), that have english actors speaking over the top of them, so we in this country will understand.

A lot of commercials are made in other countries and are dubbed into English !

Although it's not dubbed I would add the M&S voiceover to the irritating list You know "not just any old food ........"
