Annoying and Loud Neighbors

Tell them nicely not to be so disturbing

I they do it again give them a warning that you are going to complain

if they do it again then tell them you are going to call the police and you cannot take it any more.

Complain to your landlord. If that is not an option, you can get a notice served on them. The lawyers will charge for this service, but in every lease there is a clause about quiet enjoyment of one's home.

File a complaint, and if that doesn't work, sue them!

turn up a cd REALLY RIDICULOUSLY loud. make sure it's something everyone hates too, like polka or yodeling. if they're trying to have a conversation outside, turn up your tv wayy loud or go back to the yodeling cd. Park in their parking spot!! do it uncontrollably; even after you apologize for doing it, keep doing it. then complain when they park too close to your spot (even if its NOWAY NEAR your car). knock on their door in the middle of the night, asking for sugar or some kind of ingredient. have your dog take a crab on their porch or front lawn and say your dog has some kind of pooping disorder and he cant help where he poops. be creative. good luck!

It's really hard to tell someone their kids can't go out and play.  Late family parties though mean you can first tell them you are having trouble when the parties go late into the night.  Or you can go directly to calling the police.

As for the daytime noise, play classical music by the window all day long.  That should drive them nuts.

Um you do know there are sound laws or something like that in certain cities (if not all of them) right? If they have a late party, like lets say till 9 or 11 pm? Just call the cops for the people "disturbing the peace" if your really that annoyed and the kids well i mean kids will be kids and you just have to deal with that but the whole you can hear there tv and what not i think there are certain laws for that.

I have the same problem...they yell and scream all night, the kid yells so much I don't think I have ever heard her speak, they throw garbage and/or snow in our driveway. I confront them and there attitude was "it's my house" I can do whatever I want. So, I was at the point where I wanted to kick some *** but instead i started calling the cops when they were noisy late at night and the animal control guys if they left their dog out at ungodly hours. I would film the dog in the backyard with no water and so on and show it to the bylaw enforcement guys and animal control. I got them a few tickets but the noise has not stopped. I'm seriously considering moving. I have no time for these kinds of people.

Right now me and my family are going through the same thing. We thought we were the only ones. There isn't but so much we can do about it just deal with it and hope and pray that eventually they leave. That's what I have been doing.
