Annoying birds are dive bombing me...

Question

There's about 3 birds that likes to dive bomb me everyday at work when I step outside the building. It's not just simple dive bombing it's literally trying to get me very aggressively. I know there was a nest near by. We had it move somewhere else and the birds were gone for awhile. But now there's another bird, same type of bird..but different bird than the last 2. It looks like it made a nest near by again. It's only attacking me and none of my co workers. It's been more than 5 months and they still won't go away. What do you guys recommend? How do I get rid of them? I can't kill it. I work at a bank. And I'm afraid of birds.

Bring a umbrella even if its not raining:).

Breeding season is coming to an end..so these birds should not be acting this way very soon when their babies leave the area. You must be very close to their nest or babies for them to come after you like that.  Also, just a reminder, all wild native birds are protected by law and cannot be harmed in any way.

You'd hate the Farne Islands!  lol !  When I went (as been x2) the Tern's dive bomb you etc.. but u have to watch where your going as you could stand on their babies... there that close... They recommend you take a hat.  (Which I have)  I was lucky .. my boyf .. slight peck .. though he got quite a shock!!
