Annoying buzzing noise coming from my pc?

I have just finished building a brand new pc and every time i scroll on an internet page or something i get a synchronised buzzing sound coming from round by the power supply. I'm still using my old cpu but it didn't do it on my old pc

Chances are it is probulay a fan, or even something rattling in your case. Ensure that all wires are tidy and that everything is bolted in place once this has been done listen to each fan carefully and you should be able to elminate the duffer.
