  1. Actually, you have dreams all night, it is just that you remember right before you wake up in the morning.  And you remember the most of the dreams in the morning.  Sometimes those dreams could be annoying because they are sweet and good, and sometimes they are scary and still be annoying.

The dream you have or the way you remember your dream basically is telling you that you may not have good night sleep.  Remembering dreams sometimes can reflect things you want or reject in reality in your subconscious mind depending on the dream.

It may or may not help depending on the energy level when you wake up.  Some people will feel good after remembering good dreams, some will feel that they need more.  Maybe in your case, you feel that you didn't have enough time to enjoy or let go of your dreams.

  2. Nope.  You're feeling crunched, put upon, not getting enough time to explore your inner healing, hopes and dreams during sleep.

    Seriously.

Go to bed early.  Take a comfy soaky bath first and a pleasant book and pillows to bed and play soft music if you aren't sleepy right away.

I would say add at least an hour of sleep a night, but try two to start.

It is probably messing up your disposition.
