Annoying message on Blackberry from network - how to stop?

I keep getting a message MANY times a day on my blackberry that is from the blackberry network and has a bunch of weird numbers and letters and then says "This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server." I get it maybe 5 times an hour. How do I get it to stop? Thanks a lot!! :)

  1. Well, its definitly not normal.

It could be your phone company trying to contact you in some way or you may have typed something that signed you up to recieve messages like that.

If I were you I would call Verizon (or whatever company you use) or go to the store, tell them what is happening, and they should be able to fix it.

    I hope that helps!

  2. If this is a personal blackberry I would contact the provider and explain the problem to them. If this is a work related blackberry you will want to contact your IT department. If this work related blackberry you should only get the message when the blackberry is activated(At least as far as i know). Also, as soon as its activated it should automatically delete the message it shouldn't be sticking around in your inbox.

  3. This usually happens if you install the Desktop Manager a certain way. Check the link below to resolve the issue:
